2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched

3. Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
- We ship to all major centres and outlying areas within South Africa
- Delivery timeframes and rates will vary depending on your location and chosen courier option
- Full rate and timeframe details will be published here once our courier partner is confirmed
- Remote or outlying areas may incur additional delivery time

4. International Shipping
- We intend to offer international shipping to selected countries
- International rates, timeframes, and any applicable customs or import duties will be listed here once confirmed
- Please note that any customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the buyer

5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email
- You can use this number to track your delivery through our courier's website

6. Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control

7. Damaged in Transit
- If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and email hello@allinhealth.co.za within 48 hours of delivery
- We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
