- All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time

5. Orders & Payment
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address
- Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched

6. Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act, if you purchased as a result of direct marketing, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 5 business days of receiving the goods, without penalty and without giving a reason. This right does not apply to goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of ALL IN HEALTH and is protected by South African and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALL IN HEALTH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or products purchased through it. Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. In the event of a dispute:
